How the league works inside.
You do not need this for your first game. This section covers team balance, scoring, session flow and practical preparation.HOW TEAMS ARE BUILT
How we form teams.
We use player numbers and ratings to make the line-ups as evenly matched as possible. The host checks the teams before the start.Session players

Equal headcount
Keep team sizes as equal as possible — no unnecessary numerical advantage.
Smallest gap
Distribute players so the team rating totals are as close as possible.
Final check
The coordinator reviews the line-ups and adjusts them before the start if needed.
After the ratings are updated, the teams may change for the next match. The host makes the final decision.

Play and see the result in your profile.
The result counts towards your season. Next time, you can compare your numbers and set a new goal.
SEE YOUR GROWTH
Your profile keeps matches, points, MVP awards and rank instead of relying on impressions.
PLAY WITH DIFFERENT PEOPLE
New teammates and opponents make you read the field and communicate faster.
HAVE A NEXT GOAL
Move up a rank, become more consistent or improve a chosen role.
LEVEL UP YOURSELF
Reaction, stamina, tactics and communication happen here, on the real field.
