REAL VARTA EVENTS
Challenges, teamwork
and tournament energy.
A quest and a tournament are different formats. In a quest, the group works through a sequence of challenges. In a tournament, teams play matches, keep score and advance to the final.
Photographs from VARTA’s event archive illustrate the formats, not the current field layout.
BOOKING AND PREPARATION
Agree the programme
and time before your visit.
Send us the preferred date, ages and group size. We check availability, explain the programme and agree the final total.
Before starting, the host explains the objective and rules: a shared goal for a quest, teams and match order for a tournament.
BEFORE PLANNING
The details that matter.
How is a quest different from a tournament?
In a quest, the group works towards one shared goal through a sequence of tasks. A tournament is a series of laser tag matches with competing teams, scores and a final. The league is for regular open games.
Is the quest price per person?
No. The published quest prices cover a group of up to 10 participants. For more people, we agree the format and price separately before booking.
How long is a quest, and what age is it for?
Bomb defusal: 45–75 min; Antivirus: 60–90 min. Tell us the participants’ ages, group size and occasion; we confirm the suitable age and programme before booking.
Can a quest be part of a birthday?
Yes. It can be added to a birthday programme. The quest is priced separately from the game, food and room; the party planner shows the selected extras.
Do we need our own team for the league?
No. You can sign up individually. The host explains the rules and forms teams before the game; adults and juniors play separately.
Does sending a request book the date?
No. After you send a request, an administrator checks availability and agrees the programme and final price with you. A date is booked only after confirmation.
